Shipping policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Please note: We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

We currently ship within Australia. Please contact us if you’d like to arrange international delivery.

DELAYS AND ISSUES
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are managed by Australia Post. Aire & Co is not responsible for lost parcels or delays caused by Australia Post but we’ll assist you in tracking your parcel if needed.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be resent at the customer’s expense. We are not responsible for any incorrect details provided by you.
