3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
3.1. Orders are typically processed within 3 business days of payment confirmation.
3.2. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery times vary based on your location and courier availability. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3.3. Once shipped, risk and responsibility transfer to the customer.
3.4. We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage once an order is in transit.
3.5. International orders (if applicable) may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable by the customer.
4. REFUNDS, CREDITS AND RETURNS
4.1. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or not the product(s) you ordered and must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@aireandco.com.au with photos if any issue occurs, so we can resolve it promptly.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4.2. Fragrance products cannot be returned once opened due to safety regulations.
4.3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
4.4. To initiate a return, please contact info@aireandco.com.au with your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return.
5. CONDITIONS OF USE - PRIVATE USE AND RESALE
